The knife features a hard-wearing stainless steel blade barrel for increased durability and longevity, while the ergonomically designed handle is covered with a rugged bi-material coating to provide a comfortable, secure grip during repetitive cutting tasks.
A key feature of the STA010594 is its integrated blade-snapping mechanism. When the cutting edge becomes blunt, the blade can be aligned with the built-in snap line indicator and snapped to expose a fresh cutting edge, without needing a separate tool. The unwanted blade segment is retained by an integrated magnet, helping make disposal quick and convenient.
The push-button slide lock allows the blade depth to be adjusted quickly and easily, giving you greater control over the amount of blade exposed for different cutting applications. Magnetic blade loading also helps keep the blade securely positioned during blade changes.
