
SikaSeal Lead Grey Sealant is a low-modulus, neutral-cure sealant specifically formulated for use with lead and other soft metals. It provides excellent adhesion to materials including lead, copper and zinc, making it an ideal choice for roofing, lead flashing and external weather-sealing applications.
Specially developed as an alternative to traditional mortaring, SikaSeal Lead can be used for sealing lead flashing and sheet materials into brick, stone and concrete. Its flexible formulation accommodates up to ±25% joint movement, helping maintain a durable seal where joints are exposed to movement and changing temperatures.
The lead grey finish provides a neat, discreet appearance alongside lead flashing and other common roofing materials, while its excellent external weathering properties make it well suited to exposed roofline applications.

Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other contaminants before application. Priming is generally not required, although Sika recommends testing a small area before full application.
Apply SikaSeal Lead using a standard sealant gun and tool the sealant to ensure good contact with the joint surfaces. Always follow the latest manufacturer's Product Data Sheet and application guidance before use.
